About the Programme
To educate science people, who knows the basic principles of law, is respectful for humanity values and human rights, is capable of developing law norms, has international law knowledge to solve law issues in coordination with the necessities that this era brings, has absorbed neutral scientific approach, is capable of producing independent ideas, has accepted ethical values, is capable of answering the law problems of nation with scientific approach.To teach the student to make scientific study independently on a specific subject. To teach the rules of preparing work within the scientific study principles, and in the and when the student succeeds to prepare his/her transition to another level of academic program. In the end, to publish successful works to give these to the science world.
A student who graduated from this program gains the sufficiency to produce information with the comperative law knowledge in Civil law, Commercial law and the other branches within the boundaries of Private law, becomes a sensitive for society lawyer who is respectful for human rights and environment, and conscious and able to spread these values, becomes aware that law is a science that is needed in all areas of life, knows the scientific ethical values and spreads them, gains the sufficiency to serve as a science person in universities and research institutions and gains the attribute of a law executive who can work in different areas.
Private law PhD program which can be entered after the master program with an exam for foreign language knowledge and an entrance exam has a trio contracture containing one year of lectures, sufficiency exam and thesis stages.
